Using only a small footprint, JoVE needed to represent their cutting-edge brand at the 50-60 conferences they attend each year. On top of that, the materials they handed out to attendees were stale and tired. JoVE needed to find a collaborative partner that understood their needs and vision. They found that partner in Ambit Creative Group.
Ambit worked side by side with JoVE to determine the best booth layout for their needs – something small but impactful, budget-friendly and could be easily setup and dismantled. In the meantime, Ambit tackled a brand refresh and revamped JoVE’s marketing materials to create engaging pieces that attendees were interested in taking home with them. Finally, a uniquely branded mug, developed and produced by Ambit, was the perfect call to action to complete the package.
Ambit delivered a beautiful array of final products for JoVE’s fall 2014 tradeshow season including: booth design, event marketing materials and mug giveaways. The feedback has been incredible, both internally and from the tradeshow attendees, helping JoVE to increase their event marketing results and build qualified leads to hit their sales targets.
